Therefore, being a NEXTER means that your career and talent become meaningful to you and those around you, allowing you to build what matters most to you and reach your next level.We are looking for a Wintel Administrator to join our team for a multinational leader in the financial services sector.Key Responsibilities:• Maintain performance in a demanding service environment with critical services (thousands of virtual servers and hundreds of physical ones).• Ensure high availability of the infrastructure.• Administer infrastructure through scripting.• Vulnerability remediation, obsolescence management, and proactive improvement.• Support and execution of action plans related to incidents and new projects.• Maintain architecture and access controls.• Collaborate following ITIL methodology.• On-site support in rotating shifts (8-hour days between 7:00 and 19:30).• On-call support (24/7 shifts with special compensation).Skills:Essential:• Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles.• Experience managing large environments (>1000 servers).• Strong experience with physical servers from various vendors: Dell, IBM, HP.• Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 support and troubleshooting.• Scripting with PowerShell.• Active Directory knowledge (GPO’s, Kerberos, DNS).• Security patching experience.• High English spoken and written (B2/C).Desirable:• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Openstack.• Knowledge of antivirus agents and ePo.• Microsoft & Veritas clustering.• SAN disk management on Windows.• Development in other languages.• Basic SQL.• Ansible and Ansible Tower knowledge.• Ticketing tools experience.• French language valued.Job Conditions & Benefits:• Permanent contract.• Work Mode: Hybrid, with 4 days remote and 1 day in-person in Madrid (flexible).Competitive salary.Professional Development: Access to an annual budget dedicated to advancing your skills through professional certifications.Join our expert team, where creativity, commitment and the ability to bring new perspectives are essential to make a difference in a world full of opportunities.Are you ready for your NEXT LEVEL?In Lognext we are committed to equality between women and men and as proof of this we have a registered and published Lognext Equality Plan.
