Job Overview: Alumni Relations Intern Absolute Internship | Barcelona (Hybrid) but open to full remote work Duration: 6 months (Full-time) starting February 2026 The Mission Drive alumni engagement and scale the Ambassador Program . You will act as the bridge between the organization and its global alumni network, fostering professional communities and supporting international outreach. Key Responsibilities Ambassador Management: Recruit, interview, and onboard new ambassadors. Conduct regular check-ins and lead professional development workshops. Events & Logistics: Coordinate alumni presence at global fairs and reunions. Manage merchandise, promotional materials, and event shipping. Communication & Content: Maintain the alumni database and manage online communities (Facebook, Discord). Create marketing materials and gather "success stories" for business proposals. Strategic Support: Assist the Alumni Relations Manager in hitting engagement goals and improving program processes. Who You Are The Profile: A proactive, goal-oriented communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in fast-paced, international environments. Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience (International, Sales, or Higher Education background preferred). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
