Operations Analyst

Operations Analyst – Pluxee, Madrid, Spain Pluxee is seeking an Operations Analyst to drive day‑to‑day operations, support problem‑solving, process optimisation, and technical initiatives. What you’ll be doing Organise and execute daily, weekly and monthly operational activities, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment with business priorities. Track, analyse and report operational performance metrics, proactively identifying risks or potential SLA deviations. Support new operational and technology initiatives, contributing to development, testing, rollouts and follow‑up activities. Collaborate closely with teams across the organisation, acting as a first line of support to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Contribute ideas and insights to improve processes, tools and ways of working. You’re a great match if you have Education & experience A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Engineering, Business Administration, a STEAM discipline, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related area (early‑career candidates are welcome). Skills & knowledge Strong Excel skills and confidence working with numbers and data. Comfort using digital tools and technology, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms. Experience in a startup or scale‑up environment is a plus, but not required . Knowledge of programming or data languages such as SQL and/or Python is desirable, but not mandatory . Languages Spanish and English required for effective collaboration in a bilingual work environment. Additional qualities Strong attention to detail. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex and numerical problems. Proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to anticipate and address issues. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams. Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities. Strong organisational, time‑management and multitasking skills. Clear, respectful and effective communication skills.
