Descripció de l'oferta A leading software company specializing in multimedia solutions that empower seamless digital experiences, that combines innovation, cutting‑edge technologies, and a global mindset to deliver high‑quality products for clients worldwide, is looking for a Service Owner Project Manager As a Service Owner - Project Manager your role will be join the Product team, responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definitions of the company's products. The core mission is to manage demand from different business units, balancing business needs with technical constraints. A "service" is defined as any multimedia project (like guidance, staff augmentation, or bug fixing) that leverages the company's expertise in multimedia technologies and GStreamer. Key Responsibilities: As a Service Owner, you will lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure the on-time delivery of value. The main responsibilities are: Supervise the service delivery lifecycle from inception to closure, ensuring quality deliverables and managing client expectations and conflicts. Squad Management: Lead, motivate, and guide a multidisciplinary team on Agile practices and self-organization. You will drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, eliminating waste, and promoting the use of AI tools. You'll also facilitate conflict resolution. Operational Management: Define requirements and content generation. Translate the Technical Product Manager's vision into operational criteria, prioritize tasks based on business needs vs. technical constraints, and monitor compliance with service agreements. You must also deliver weekly team performance data and insights to the Product Manager. We offer: Type of contract: Permanent Number of weekly hours: 39 Schedule: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible hours) Annual gross salary: €40,000 – €50,000 Requisits Required Education:B. Technical Engineering (First University Cycle) or a related field. Additional Training: 4+ years of experience in software development, including 2+ years in professional Project Management, Product Ownership, or as a Scrum Master. Experience managing highly complex projects that require a technical background and involve cross-functional teams. Experience Required:3+ years Technical Skills: Project ManagementBasic Linux knowledge GIT workflows User-level understanding of CI/CD Advanced Jira and Confluence usage Deep knowledge of the product life cycle and Agile project management methodologies Other Specific Requirements (Highly Valued): Scrum Master, Product Owner, ISTQB/TMap, or PMP/Project Management postgraduate certificates Key Personal Competencies: Teamwork and Cooperation Negotiation Learning and Applying Knowledge Planning and Organization Languages: Spanish – Advanced English – Advanced
