Senior Project Manager- People

Role purpose Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional People & Culture (P&C) initiatives that drive organisational transformation and business impact. Accountable for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and embedding a consistent project management methodology across the P&C function. What you'll be doing: Own end-to-end delivery of P&C projects (strategy, design, execution, adoption). Partner with senior stakeholders across People & Culture and other functions to define scope, objectives, and success measures. Oversee project management methodology for the People Team, ensuring consistency, simplicity, and business relevance. Work closely with the People Tech & Data Director to select, implement, and embed a project management tool that supports cross-team collaboration. Apply agile planning approaches and adapt delivery to the realities of a fast-paced, scaling business. Lead and motivate project teams, setting clear priorities and ensuring accountability. Manage budgets, timelines, dependencies, and risks with proactive mitigation. Prepare and deliver project updates for Exec-level and senior leadership forums. Mentor and coach junior project team members and analysts. What we are looking for: 5–8+ years' experience in project/program management, with proven delivery in People-related projects (e.g., HR transformation, rewards, culture, operating model) or other global functional projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including agile and hybrid approaches. Demonstrated ability to oversee project management frameworks and tools at function level. Proven experience working with senior/Exec stakeholders in complex global organisations. Excellent influencing, facilitation, and communication skills. PMP/Prince2 or Agile certification preferred.
