About the Company Mobis Spain Electrified Powertrain is a state‑of‑the‑art plant dedicated to assembling high‑voltage battery systems for next‑generation electric vehicle platforms. The project strengthens sustainable mobility efforts while boosting the regional industrial ecosystem through advanced international technology and efficient production. About the Role You will be working in the Production Control Department playing a key role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of our processes. In this position, you will support the development, optimization, and maintenance of automated production systems, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams such as Quality & Production. Responsibilities Production, Operation scheduling and Planning Pre‑Series/Series build schedule, Capacity Analysis, project volume, Shift Pattern decision Project time schedule & Milestone, JIS live Production analysis & Evaluation Change Management Aeko & ECR's, Engineering Changes, 4M, Tracking Master Data Management BOM (Bill of Material) accuracy, SAP PP, MM Master Management and process improvement Monitoring production KPI's OEE, Bottlenecks, Downtime, Ahead/Behind Schedule, Pending issues and adjusting unforeseen issues Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Fluency in English, Spanish & Korean Advanced level Degree in Logistics, Engineering or International Business Skills Good knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel Solid understanding of industrial automation and control systems Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills Familiarity with mass‑production environments and automotive industry Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams Proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimization Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace where all individuals feel valued and respected.
