In this position, you will support the development, optimization, and maintenance of automated production systems, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams such as Quality & Production.ResponsibilitiesProduction, Operation scheduling and PlanningPre‑Series/Series build schedule, Capacity Analysis, project volume, Shift Pattern decisionProject time schedule & Milestone, JIS live Production analysis & EvaluationChange ManagementAeko & ECR's, Engineering Changes, 4M, TrackingMaster Data ManagementBOM (Bill of Material) accuracy, SAP PP, MM Master Management and process improvementMonitoring production KPI'sOEE, Bottlenecks, Downtime, Ahead/Behind Schedule, Pending issues and adjusting unforeseen issuesCoordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operationsQualificationsFluency in English, Spanish & Korean Advanced levelDegree in Logistics, Engineering or International BusinessSkillsGood knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, ExcelSolid understanding of industrial automation and control systemsAnalytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skillsFamiliarity with mass‑production environments and automotive industryGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teamsProactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimizationEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace where all individuals feel valued and respected.
