At the top of the hotel, our rooftop bar offers stunning views over Ibiza’s old town — a chic, open-air setting where cocktails are crafted under the stars.About The JobWe are seeking a Receptionist M/F to join our team at Montesol Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following:Greet and assist all guest as soon as they come inManage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge servicesRespond to all guest questions and requests, offering a personalised service adapted to each requestEnsure that a high level of customer service is always provided, respecting our quality standardsIn coordination with the Front Office Manager, deal with customer complaintsEnsure the good communication and coordination between the hotel's departments (Housekeeping, and F&B)Coordinate security at the front desk in order to maintain a high level of safety for all our guests, goods and material, including key inventory and guest’s belongingsParticipate in the management of the hotel's general mailbox by replying and redirecting emailsAssist with administrative tasks at the front desk, maintaining efficient administration within the department, preparing, and submitting operational reports on timeEnsure that the workspaces are well kept and that the entrance to the hotel is pleasantEnsure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working conditionAbout YouA Hotel Receptionist is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members.
