Care and treatment of crops and trials.2. Execution of emasculations and crossings according crossing scheme3. Harvesting of crossings, seeds and fruits of the crops.4. Participation in all crop care, seed extraction, cleaning and/or breeding support activities.5. Daily functional guidance of seasonal workers. 6. Co-responsible for a healthy and safe working environment.
