Ensure the effective routine care and treatment of crops, contributing to the success of plant breeding programs. Maintain a healthy, safe working environment while adhering to breeding protocols.

Key Accountabilities
1. Care and treatment of crops and trials.
2. Execution of emasculations and crossings according crossing scheme
3. Harvesting of crossings, seeds and fruits of the crops.
4. Participation in all crop care, seed extraction, cleaning and/or breeding support activities.
5. Daily functional guidance of seasonal workers.

6. Co-responsible for a healthy and safe working environment.
