At DXC Spain we are looking for a Workday Engagement Manager to join our great team of HCM . Requirements Expertise in Workday HCM or Finance (one or more projects). Workday HCM/Finance Certified and one or more advanced certifications (Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, etc.). Strong consulting skills, handling customer expectations. Good understanding of functional topics (reports, data migration, integrations projects). Excellent communication skills delivering to functional and management audiences. Fluent in English and Spanish (more languages are a plus). Flexibility for business travels up to 25% of the time (primarily in EMEA). Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams. Tasks Take the lead across one or more functional domains (e.g., HCM or Finance), guiding the client from discovery to go-live. Coordinate international teams, collaborating with offshore consultants to ensure smooth delivery. Provide regular status updates to project managers and keep stakeholders aligned. Drive innovation and propose smarter ways to deploy Workday and continuously improve our methodology. Business analysis representing a specific area(s) of functional expertise e.g. HCM or/and Finance. Provide subject matter expertise supporting delivery, testing and both presales and post‑production engagements leading projects from scratch and collaborating with the Business Development Department.
