Principal Engagement Manager, Deployment Success Management Workday Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain Overview Workday is looking for a Principal Engagement Manager, Deployment Review with strong HCM or Financials expertise to join the Deployment Success Management team, part of the Workday Success Plan (WSP) organisation. In this role, you are expected to be an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology, leading mid to large deployments and resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways. Responsibilities Demonstrate proficiency in the Workday HCM and/or Financials product suite. Work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams to deliver deployment success. Provide guidance to partner and client resources during customer concerns. Manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously; review and assess projects for alignment with defined timelines. Ensure projects are delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW. Serve as a liaison for sales and partner relations by providing partner implementation success data. About You – Basic Qualifications 8+ years of experience in project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, and/or state and local governments. 8+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications. Fluency in English plus proficiency in at least one of German, French, Italian or Spanish. Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we combine in-person time and remote work.
