As part of CTO2 Allianz Partners area, we are looking for contract managers to take care of customer master service agreements as well as the biggest outsourcing suppliers of established delivery models. The role will be part of the commercial expertise center serving global customers and supporting the delivery organization across multiple Allianz technology branches.

What will make you succeed in this position?

  • Skills requirements: 3-5 years of experience
  • Operational contract management, procurement, controlling, legal background is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role of at least 5 years
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical, attention to detail
  • Autonomous, curious, dynamic candidate

Your mission in the role will be:

  • Establish the list of contractual obligations to fulfill and put in place mechanisms to track the status
  • Identify compliance gaps and propose joint solutions based on customer and supplier requirements
  • Put in place and maintain contract entries in group tools to ensure compliance with audit and group standards
  • Identify simplification potential of the MSA and ensure alignment with ITSOA compliance
  • Support audit cycles
  • Support Yearly IRCS (Risk Management) reporting
  • Act as an internal contract advisor for internal stakeholders
  • Reporting
  • Facilitation of purchase requests and approval processes
  • Establish and maintain an up-to-date external suppliers database to enable supplier consolidation
  • Support Third-party risk management and associated assessments
  • Support customer subcontractor compliance processes
