.As part of CTO2 Allianz Partners area, we are looking for contract managers to take care of customer master service agreements as well as the biggest outsourcing suppliers of established delivery models.

We value internal talent and promote internal advancement, offering training programs, mentoring, and skills development that allow our employees to advance in their careers.Compensation and Benefits Package: It includes a company bonus plan, pension, employee stock program, and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).What will make you succeed in this position?Skills requirements: 3-5 years of experienceOperational contract management, procurement, controlling, legal background is a plusExperience in a similar role of at least 5 yearsExcellent communication skills, analytical, attention to detailAutonomous, curious, dynamic candidateYour mission in the role will be:Establish the list of contractual obligations to fulfill and put in place mechanisms to track the statusIdentify compliance gaps and propose joint solutions based on customer and supplier requirementsPut in place and maintain contract entries in group tools to ensure compliance with audit and group standardsIdentify simplification potential of the MSA and ensure alignment with ITSOA complianceSupport audit cyclesSupport Yearly IRCS (Risk Management) reportingAct as an internal contract advisor for internal stakeholdersReportingFacilitation of purchase requests and approval processesEstablish and maintain an up-to-date external suppliers database to enable supplier consolidationSupport Third-party risk management and associated assessmentsSupport customer subcontractor compliance processesAbout Allianz TechnologyAllianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group
