SAP SuccessFactors Functional LeadPerfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer) Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Time Off, Onboarding, Compensation, Document Management (Opentext), and Service Management. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories. Collaborate with HR and Technology to prioritize enhancements, execute configurations, and validate integrations. Oversee functional testing and ensure system quality and stability. Ensure adherence to ITSM processes (incident, change, release management). Maintain system documentation, training materials, and contribute to governance and solution design discussions. Lead the global evolution of SAP SuccessFactors - Barcelona. Contribute to a high-impact digital transformation. Essential: Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (configuration, integrations, testing). Background as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst. Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., JIRA, ManageEngine). Fluent English, both written and spoken. Desirable: SAP SuccessFactors or ITIL certification. Understanding of financial or payroll processes. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
