Purpose and Objectives:
SAP SuccessFactors Preferred Success is seeking a Functional Specialist to join our team and provide consultant level expertise to support the outcome-based goals of our cloud customers. The Functional Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services and large-scale adoption events for both SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSPs.

**Requirements**:
- Associate Certification in at least one of the employee lifecycle modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, and/or Onboarding), and HCM Platform. The preference for this role is SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central but all other certifications will be considered.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, and/or Onboarding modules.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages an advantage.
- University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar field or other comparable experience.
