This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a global payroll and contractor management platform from the ground up — with access to world-class engineering, design, and operational expertise. We’re looking for a self-starting, customer-obsessed VP of Product to own the product vision and lead HireGlobal’s end-to-end product strategy. This leader will shape the roadmap, scale the Product team, and partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, Sales, and the General Manager to deliver a platform that is efficient, compliant, automated, and delightful for clients and workers worldwide. Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for HireGlobal across global payments, onboarding, billing, and worker experiences. Translate company goals into product objectives that drive growth, automation, and world-class user experience. Execution, Roadmap Management & Delivery Work closely with the engineering team to increase product velocity, stability, and technical quality. Establish a repeatable, data-driven product delivery model that supports rapid iteration and continuous improvement. Coach and mentor team members, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and implement performance improvement plans, if needed. Partner deeply with Operations, Compliance/Legal, Finance, Support, Sales, and Engineering to ensure product decisions reflect stakeholder input and regulatory requirements. Hands-On Product Work (expected even at the VP-level) 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5+ years in B2B platforms ~Proven track record of owning and scaling complex B2B SaaS products — ideally in fintech, payments, HR tech, or payroll. ~ Experience working with third-party system integrations (
