Ability to manage stakeholder expectations with empathy and transparency, delivering detailed and accurate communication and execution. Experience working effectively with research, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, legal, and business teams to deliver results. Ability to define product hypotheses using techniques like competitive benchmarking and testing them through experiments. 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with digital products. Fluent in Spanish and English. Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams, with occasional in-person meetings at the office. Nice-to-haves: Experience with outcome-based planning; valuing common sense over frameworks. Experience in real estate platforms or marketplaces. Ability to conduct user research as needed. Proficiency with SQL or similar analytics tools. Knowledge of Italian, French, or Portuguese is a plus. What you’ll do: Define product strategy with stakeholders and maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Monitor market and competition to inform product decisions. Analyze user and team input to identify opportunities. Work with data: create datasets and insights for decision-making. Translate user and business needs into clear requirements with UX collaboration. Prioritize and manage the backlog with developers for timely delivery. Track product performance and impact using data. Communicate updates regularly to internal teams. Coordinate with other Product Managers for consistency.
