POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Compliance Expert with a strong legal or information security background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of extensive experience in data compliance, particularly within the European regulatory landscape. This role requires deep expertise in GDPR, the Data Act, the Consumer Rights Act (CRA), and other relevant data protection laws. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring our compliance frameworks meet global standards, with a focus on the home appliance manufacturing or related industries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and oversee data compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions in Europe. Interpret, implement, and monitor compliance with GDPR, Data Act, CRA, and other applicable data protection regulations. Develop and maintain company-wide data protection policies, procedures, and training programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, IT security, product, and operations to ensure data compliance. Manage data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and respond to data subject access requests (DSARs). Provide expert guidance on data
