La planta de BCN está especializada en soluciones ETO (Engineering to Order) para Secure Power Division, principalmente centros de datos prefabricados y power modules, ofreciendo una solución íntegramente formada por componentes Schneider, end to end, desde el proceso de oferta y definición de la solución hasta la puesta en marcha en casa del cliente y su posterior plan de mantenimiento. Description: En un contexto de crecimiento exponencial del negocio y expansión de nuestras instalaciones, buscamos incorporar un profesional altamente autónomo y motivado para unirse a este proyecto estratégico. Formarás parte de un equipo de 6 Team Leaders, dentro del equipo de Producción, responsables de coordinar la ejecución en planta de los proyectos asignados, garantizando la seguridad, la calidad y el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos. Key Responsibilities: · Coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de los proyectos en planta, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, calidad y plazos. Por favor, asegúrese de leer atentamente los siguientes detalles antes de enviar cualquier solicitud. · Liderar y motivar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto y fomentar una cultura de mejora continua. · Liderar y gestionar un equipo directo de 4-5 personas. · Colaborar de forma transversal con otros departamentos (ingeniería, calidad, logística) para garantizar el éxito de cada proyecto. · Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y proponer soluciones eficaces. · Reportar el avance de los proyectos y los indicadores clave al equipo de planificación. Requerimientos: · Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en el ámbito eléctrico, electrónico y/o automatismos. · 3-5 años de experiencia en la gestión y coordinación de equipos en entornos industriales o en la ejecución de proyectos. · Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing, herramientas ofimáticas y mejora continua. · Nivel First/B2 de inglés en entorno laboral, capacidad para mantener discusiones de alcance técnico. xohynlm · Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente para dar soporte en instalaciones y puestas en marcha (estimado máximo 2 veces al año).
