The company supports brands in delivering impactful, culturally relevant experiences to a global audience.Remote: Ireland / Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm Irish TimeSummaryWe are seeking a talented and motivated Power BI Developer to join our Strategic Programs group. The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and continuously enhance interactive dashboards and reporting solutions that support our strategic initiatives. You will leverage Power BI and related technologies to create scalable, visually compelling, and user-friendly reporting tools. This role focuses on building robust data models, optimizing performance, and implementing best practices for BI development, ensuring our stakeholders have reliable and actionable insights.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that meet business requirements and deliver exceptional user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.Implement data transformation and integration processes, using Power Query and DAX to create efficient, reusable components.Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures to support data extraction and transformation from financial and operational systems.Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, security, and usability, adhering to best practices and governance standards.Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Support deployment and version control of BI solutions, including documentation and training for end-users.Continuously evaluate and adopt new features and capabilities within Power BI and related technologies to improve reporting and analytics.Ensure compliance with quality frameworks and data governance policies.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience developing Power BI solutions, including dashboards, data models, and DAX calculations.Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.Solid understanding of data modeling principles, ETL processes, and BI architecture.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with performance tuning and optimization of BI solutions.Familiarity with version control tools and deployment processes is a plus.Knowledge of quality certifications (e.g., ISO) is preferred.Experience working in a multicultural environment and adapting to evolving business needs.Preferred / Advantageous SkillsHands-on Data Warehouse Experience: Practical experience in developing and managing Data Warehouse solutions.PL-300 Certification or Equivalent Experience: Demonstrated expertise in Power BI through certification or hands‑on experience.Microsoft Fabric Expertise: Experience with Microsoft Fabric and completion of DP-600 or DP-700 certifications highly beneficial.Other DetailsSeniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: AnalystIndustries: Translation and Localization#J-18808-Ljbffr
