Consultor Power Bi

NN Digital Hub is a subsidiary company of Nationale Nederlanden Group located in Madrid, Spain. We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group.

Our objective is to create, deliver and maintain insurance product management solutions, as service propositions to enable any agent (linked or direct), machine or company to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated way and real time.

We are now seeking a talented Power BI Developer to join our team on a permanent contract.

Your Impact as Power BI developer: 

As a Power BI Developer, you will combine strong BI development skills with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver end-to-end data and BI solutions. You will dive deep into data, build logic and models, and deliver scalable apps, dashboards, and automation that create measurable business value.

• Analyze and understand data structures, relationships, and grains.

• Develop robust data queries, views, and stored procedures in SQL and Databricks.

• Build and maintain data pipelines and transformations.

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, ensuring high usability and performance.

• Develop apps and automation using Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) and Power Automate.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and low-maintenance.

• Think beyond reporting: deliver end-to-end solutions that optimize processes and support decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data/Information Management, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of experience in data/BI solution development.

• Strong skills in SQL (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).

• Proven hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Data Lake.

• Deep understanding of data modeling (fact/dimension, grains, hierarchies).

• Experience with Power Platform: Power BI (DAX, Power Query, modeling), Power Apps (model-driven & canvas), Power Automate (flows for integration & automation).

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions beyond dashboards.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
