Job Description

Dirección del negocio de la Unidad de Negocio del Grupo (Unidad de Servicios y Soluciones IT & Digital basados en perfiles y equipos tecnológicos).
Definición de la estrategia de venta, así como de los objetivos del equipo. Habrá de contribuir en primera persona a la consecución de nuevo negocio y a virar de integrador a cliente final.
Responsabilidad sobre la cuenta de explotación de la Unidad hasta Margen de Contribución, reportando al Comité de Dirección de dicha unidad y formando parte de éste.
Determinación de la propuesta de valor y articulación de la estrategia de negocio necesaria para llevarla a cabo.
Definición y articulación del modelo de operaciones, desarrollando la estructura organizativa y el equipo necesario.
Participación en eventos relevantes para el sector.
Identificación de tendencias tecnológicas/digitales de cara a garantizar una correcta alineación entre los servicios ofrecidos y las necesidades de los clientes.
Gestión del cambio cultural de la Business Unit, promoviendo una mayor orientación a cliente y resultados.

The Successful Applicant

Experiencia en liderazgo de Business Unit en entorno de servicios profesionales enfocados a la selección de perfiles/equipos IT&Digital. Se valorará positivamente el tener experiencia en gestión de proyectos multipaís. Será imprescindible conocer la competencia y las oportunidades de negocio.
Experiencia probada en el desarrollo de unidades de negocio, así como, transformación cultural de equipos.
Éxito en gestión de Departamentos de Ventas, combinando perfiles de New Business y Account Management.
Conocimiento tecnológico que le permita no sólo entender la necesidad del cliente, sino, ofrecerle soluciones competitivas y anticipadas en la medida de lo posible.
Aportación de cartera de clientes activa, así como relaciones comerciales que puedan generar un volumen de negocio importante de forma inmediata como palanca de aceleración del cambio.
Liderazgo inspirador/a de equipos.
