The Assembler II, will be responsible for assembling and testing components to create finished products. You will collaborate with your team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in the production process. Reading and interpreting assemly instructions, technical drawings and schematicsPreparing and assembling components to create finished productsOperating machinery and equipment used in the assembly processInspecting and testing finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsIdentifying and reporting any issues or defects in the production process ProductivityQualitySafetyDelivery Experience - Have experience in assembly, testing, and operating machinery in manufacturing.Skill - Have mechanical abilities and a high level of precisionCompetency - Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions with general reading, writing, and arithmetic skillsCompetency - Be detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of precision and accuracy Action Oriented - Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things that he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes opportunities when they arise.Collaborative Team Player - Collaborative: Is intentional about seeking input and including others when making decisions.
