We are a Spanish manufacturing company specialised in PET blow-moulding machinery, located in Granollers area (near Barcelona).With customers worldwide, we are a reference in our sector thanks to our innovative solutions and an excellent team of professionals.As part of our growth, we are looking to incorporate a Mechanical Technician / Assembler & Fitter to join our team, reporting directly to the After-Sales Service Manager.We are seeking a skilled professional capable of performing precision mechanical assembly and fine adjustments for new machinery, as well as providing after-sales support.Main responsibilitiesMechanical assembly, installation, commissioning and maintenance of machines at customer sites.Assembly and commissioning of machines in our manufacturing workshop.Ensuring machine quality according to company standards.Preparation of technical reports.Providing technical support to customers.This position requires regular travel to customer facilities, both nationally and internationally.Approximately 50% of the time will involve travelling.When not travelling, you will support the technical assembly team in the workshop.What We OfferA solid and well-established company.Permanent employment contract (with trial period).Workshop schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00–14:00.When working at customer sites, hours will adapt to customer requirements and additional compensation will be provided.Job stability and long-term continuity.Continuous training.All travel expenses covered by the company.Daily allowances for customer-site travel.Company vehicles available for travel to customer facilities.All hours worked are fully compensated.Requirements (Essential)Formal training in Mechanical Engineering / Mechanics .Minimum 4 years of experience as a mechanical assembler/fitter of industrial machinery.Strong ability to interpret 2D technical drawings .Valid driving licence (Spain).Availability to travel 50% (national and international).Sufficient English level to communicate with technical staff at international customer sites.Preferably living near the Vallès Oriental area.Professional references.SalaryBase salary : €38,000 – €40,000 gross/year .Including travel compensation (approx. 50% of the time), annual earnings may exceed €60,000 gross/year .
