Key Responsibilities Lead the design and optimization of alkaline electrolyzer systems for seamless integration with renewable energy infrastructure (solar PV, energy storage, etc.) Spearhead development of green hydrogen production and storage solutions Drive cross‑functional collaboration to implement hydrogen‑based renewable energy projects Diagnose and improve electrolyzer system performance Conduct cutting‑edge research on advanced electrolysis technologies and novel materials Produce technical documentation and present findings to internal and external stakeholders as needed Qualifications Bachelor's in Engineering, Chemistry or related field (Master's/PhD preferred) 3+ years’ experience in electrolyzer systems, with expertise in alkaline electrolyzers and balance of plant Knowledge of renewable energy integration and hydrogen technologies (fuel cells/transportation) Proficient in engineering design tools and IEC/ISO standards Strong analytical, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities Self‑motivated learner with passion for the hydrogen industry Willing to travel frequently (Hefei HQ & global projects) Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Engineering and Research Industries Renewable Energy Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
