Research Assistant On Bioengineering For Patient-Derived Organoids For Personalized Medicine In Nafl IBEC is an inclusive research institute focused on bioengineering and nanomedicine. This position recruits a research assistant to develop patient-derived organoids for personalized medicine in non‑alcoholic fatty liver disease. Responsibilities Generate and characterize organoids derived from patient biopsy samples at different disease stages. Characterize organoids at phenotypic and functional level and evaluate cellular heterogeneity by single‑cell RNA‑seq. Develop biomaterials and disease mediators to mimic the pathophysiology of NAFLD in biopsy organoids. Use organoids to understand drug response mechanisms and validate an organoid platform for drug testing. Qualifications Master’s degree in bioengineering, biochemistry or related discipline. Experience in 3D cell culture and molecular biology techniques. High level of English and strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
