To learn more about Wasserman, visit Role Description We are seeking a full-time Senior Influencer Manager to join our team on-site in Madrid. The role involves managing influencer marketing strategies, building strong relationships with influencers, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring they align with brand objectives. Responsibilities also include identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating contracts, and tracking campaign performance. The Senior Influencer Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide data-driven insights to optimize results. Qualifications Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and managing campaigns Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills Analytical skills for tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics Project management expertise, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset Proficiency in digital tools and platforms commonly used in influencer marketing Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in the entertainment or sports industry is a plus
