Role Description We are seeking a full-time Senior Influencer Manager to join our team on-site in Madrid. The role involves managing influencer marketing strategies, building strong relationships with influencers, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring they align with brand objectives. Responsibilities also include identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating contracts, and tracking campaign performance. The Senior Influencer Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide data-driven insights to optimize results. Qualifications Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and managing campaignsStrong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skillsAnalytical skills for tracking and reporting campaign performance metricsProject management expertise, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlinesCreative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindsetProficiency in digital tools and platforms commonly used in influencer marketingBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExperience in the entertainment or sports industry is a plus
