We are looking for a Account Manager (E-payment) for a Group of Companies pioneering into the emerging Digitised Commerce industry across South East Asia.

Location: Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi

Functions
  1. Searching and collecting information about businesses that meet the criteria to become Merchant Key.
  2. Building close relationships and maintaining regular contact with customers.
  3. Proactively developing plans and consulting with the TP/GĐCL to design solutions suitable for both old and new customers.
  4. Ensure contracts fully meet legal and safety requirements as prescribed by the company.
  5. Be responsible for managing, monitoring, caring for and effectively promoting customer service projects, ensuring commitments are implemented on time and with the right quality with the content of cooperation between NextPay and Merchant.
  6. Maintain close relationships with customers, continuously propose and implement improved solutions for Customers.
  7. Coordinate with the marketing department to propose market development strategies.
  8. Monitor progress and periodically report on project status and other issues related to Merchant Key.
Requirements
  1. High school graduate or higher, preferably majoring in business administration or related field.
  2. Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and strategic thinking.
  3. Understanding of payment and finance field.
  4. Experience in customer relationship management or sales is an advantage.
Benefits
  1. Salary: 10,000,000 VND - 17,000,000 VND (depending on ability) + KPI commission + TPV transaction commission (up to 20M++/month).
  2. Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30-17:30), Saturday (8:00-12:00).
  3. Quarterly/yearly bonuses based on TPV profits brought to the company.
