The ideal candidate is self-motivated, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where ownership and impact matter.Our current growth engine relies heavily on Google Search Ads, and we are planning to expand into new channels such as Bing, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with a strong emphasis on scaling profitably, optimizing campaigns, and building repeatable growth systems.If you are excited about owning large budgets, driving measurable growth, and building scalable acquisition systems in a startup‑style environment, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesROI MaximizationDevelop and implement strategies to continuously improve return on ad spend (ROAS).Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency.Data Analysis & InsightsConduct deep analysis of campaign performance metrics.Leverage Tableau, Google Ads reporting, and other tools to extract insights.Translate data into actionable strategies and tactical decisions.Campaign Structure & OptimizationDesign and implement optimal campaign/
