You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead the design, programming, and commissioning of sortation and automation systems using PLCs and FSC.* Develop and maintain detailed control system documentation, including specifications, functional descriptions, software programs, and system architecture.* Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.* Lead site commissioning and troubleshoot control issues during the start-up phase.* Interface directly with clients and suppliers to clarify technical specifications and resolve issues.* Conduct training sessions for operational and maintenance staff on system functionality and troubleshooting.* Monitor system performance during production ramp-up and analyze incidents to recommend corrective actions.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in engineering standards and quality assurance practices.* Ensure compliance with safety standards, labor risk prevention, and industrial regulations.## ## **Your Profile**As a successful Controls Project Engineer, you bring a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Control Systems Engineering.* Solid understanding of industrial automation and control systems.* Hands-on experience with PLC programming: TIA Portal, ProfiSafe (Siemens), Allen-Bradley...* Knowledge of TCP/IP communications.* Familiarity with SCADA/HMI systems and fieldbus technologies (e.g., Profinet, Profibus, ASi).* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for control logic and system debugging.* Ability to understand electrical schematics and create technical documentation.* Effective communication in both Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).* **Travel domestically and internationally for system commissioning and customer support.** **Around 50% of the time.*** Previous experience with commissioning and troubleshooting in field environments* Collaborative spirit and transparent and honest communication with the rest of the team members.## ## **Our Offer**As a **Controls Project Engineer**, you will have the opportunity to be part of complex and meaningful automation projects that shape the future of logistics.
