This role, part of the Marketing Team, acts as a key connection point between the CMO and the marketing team, ensuring initiatives are aligned, tracked, and continuously optimized. The Growth Marketer will not be the main executor of campaigns, but rather a growth enabler: reviewing performance, guiding experimentation, organizing initiatives, and turning data into clear recommendations.Tasks and Key ResponsibilitiesSupport acquisition and lifecycle retention strategies across B2C and B2B channelsReview and provide guidance on performance marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, and email marketing.Own the conversation rate optimizations initiatives and strategyReview growth experiments, funnels, and conversion optimization initiativesTurn data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the marketing team and CMOEnsure growth initiatives are aligned with overall marketing and business objectivesManage and supervise freelancers and external providersCRM, Lifecycle & Lead DistributionMaintain a strong understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketing flows to support and review team initiativesWork on lead distribution setup and monitoring, ensuring correct tracking and attribution within marketing systemsSupport the use of no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make) to improve efficiency and consistencyOwn and leverage AI-powered tools (including Gensy.ai) to enhance marketing workflows and insightsWebinars, Events & PartnershipsCoordinate and oversee webinars with lawyers as part of the growth strategyKeep track of offline events and partnerships, ensuring proper monitoring of their performance and follow-up journeys within marketing toolsSupport optimization of event and partnership-led initiatives based on data and insights.Marketing Operations, Tracking & ReportingKeep track of all marketing campaigns, experiments, and initiatives across the teamEnsure marketing initiatives are properly documented, monitored, and followed up with team membersOwn and maintain marketing reporting and dashboardsMonitor performance across all marketing channels and initiativesProvide regular performance summaries and insights to the CMO.You have:Required Experience & Skills5+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing rolesExperience working across both B2C and B2B marketing modelsBackground in marketplaces, e-commerce, SaaS, or consumer-facing apps (ticketing experience is a plus)Proven understanding of acquisition and lifecycle retention strategiesStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and guide decisionsSolid knowledge of:Paid media (Meta, Google)SEO fundamentalsEmail and CRM marketingFunnel optimization and growth experimentationHands‑on familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio)Comfortable working with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make); AI‑driven tools are a plusHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple initiativesLanguages: English is a must.Nice to HaveExperience in legal-tech or regulated industriesExposure to AI‑enhanced marketing workflowsExperience supporting event‑led or partnership‑driven growthWhat's in it for you?An open‑mindful and collaborative organizational culture of enthusiastic lawyersInformal, entrepreneurial and flexible atmosphere in our officesFree coffee, drinks and healthy snacksA Career Development Plan: takes place every six months and is focused solely on youA network of coaches and mentors to boost your leadership skills and personal developmentAccess to learning and development platformsFlexible working with remote optionsCorporate Erasmus opportunities within our offices around EuropeAccountability is one of our favorite words.
