Busquem una persona que sàpiga posar ordre a idees ambicioses. Alumilux és una empresa en constant transformació. Vam néixer amb la precisió tècnica de la carpinteria metàl·lica, però el nostre recorregut ens ha portat molt més enllà. Hackegem la manera tradicional de fer les coses. En contacte amb grans arquitectes i creadors —RCR Arquitectes, Nomarq, Andreu Carulla, Cabosanroque— no només materialitzem projectes arquitectònics d’alt nivell. També impulsen experiències, esdeveniments i continguts que dialoguen amb la disciplina. Professional de producció i gestió de projectes Ens encaixa algú metòdic, estructurat, amb capacitat d’anticipació i que gaudeixi convertint idees en plans executables. Responsabilitats principals Planificació i seguiment d’esdeveniments, rodatges i activitats del departament Coordinació logística de visites d’arquitectes i col·laboradors (allotjaments, trasllats, agendes) Organització interna : calendaris, tasques i control d’estats (Asana / Google Workspace) Relació amb proveïdors : pressupostos, contractació i seguiment Preparació de documentació i suports per a rodatges, entrevistes i projectes especials Coordinació amb l’equip de comunicació i audiovisuals per garantir terminis i ordre Suport puntual en planificació de continguts i sessions de brainstorming Requisits Experiència en producció, gestió de projectes, gestió cultural o logística Bones habilitats d’organització, planificació i anticipació Comunicació clara i efectiva Autonomia i responsabilitat en decisions operatives Capacitat de coordinació i seguiment Atenció al detall i rigor Proactivitat i mirada resolutiva Treball en equip i responsabilitat compartida Formació o experiència en arquitectura, producció cultural, humanitats o belles arts Habilitats de redacció i comunicació #J-18808-Ljbffr
