About the Role We are looking for a Tracker Product Manager to join our team in Madrid, supporting the development and implementation of our tracker solutions across international projects. Main Responsibilities Market Intelligence implementation with regards to policies, demand and customer requirements on a regular basis. Development of competitor benchmarks based on technology, price, markets, shipment on a regular basis. Conduct market insights, trends, and demands for new product development. Interact with internal R&D, Engineering and Quality departments to create the content for sales tools to describe and promote new and optimized products. Provide online and offline product trainings to the regional sales team and external clients. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree and above in civil, mechanical or industrial engineering. 5 years+ work experience in industry products. Experience in the energy industry or PV industry will be preferred. Project management skills, target-oriented mindset, self-motivation and excellent organization. Proficient in Ppt, Visio and Excel. Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must, other languages such as Chinese, Portuguese or German are a plus.
