The Role Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join this exciting and innovative company. As part of the customer service team, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries, orders, and product-related issues, providing top-notch service and solutions. Responsibilities Provide World-Class Support: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Resolve Issues Efficiently: Assist with order management, technical support, and troubleshooting. Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent a global leader in automation technology, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Teams: Work with a diverse, dynamic team to meet company goals and customer needs. Full-Time: 39 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: On-site in Barcelona What Youll Get Salary: 21,000 EUR annually Career Growth: Opportunity to develop your skills with a leading company in automation.
