Clinical Specialist – Europe (Hybrid Clinical & Commercial Role) Europe: Sweden, Denmark, UK, Ireland, Germany or Italy Full-time | Frequent European Travel | US Training Required About the Company A rapidly growing US-based MedTech innovator developing cutting-edge surgical guidance and therapy delivery systems for complex neurosurgical applications. The technology is already in use across 10–15 European hospitals , with a strong footprint in the US and further expansion expected as new therapeutic platforms gain approval. This organisation is at the forefront of precision neurosurgery, supporting advanced procedures and next-generation clinical trials. About the Role This is a hybrid clinical and commercial position , ideal for someone who enjoys supporting complex procedures while contributing to product adoption and regional growth. Responsibilities Support neurosurgical cases in high-stakes, image-guided environments Guide clinicians through workflows, setup and intraoperative troubleshooting Train surgeons, radiology teams and theatre staff Support demonstrations, evaluations and early commercial conversations Represent the company at clinical workshops, meetings and congresses Help build and shape the European function within a small, experienced team Key Responsibilities Provide on-site support for advanced neurosurgical procedures Oversee case planning, system setup and real-time procedural guidance Train clinical teams on workflows, best practices and safety standardsEnsure accuracy and consistency throughout high-risk procedures Partner with research and pharma teams in clinical studies Support adoption and user engagement across Europe Participate in demos, evaluations and pre-sales discussions Build strong relationships with hospitals and research centres Represent the organisation at training programmes, conferences and workshops Contribute to long-term strategy as new products launch Professional Requirements 6–8 months of dedicated training in the United States Transition to independent European work afterward Ideal Candidate Profile Background in neurosurgery or a closely related speciality Experience with precision-guided or minimally invasive procedures Comfortable working in controlled, high-acuity environments Familiar with clinical trials or emerging therapies (advantageous) Entrepreneurial, proactive and adaptable Comfortable owning a regional function with minimal oversight Able to balance clinical responsibilities with commercial involvement Strong communicator capable of training and influencing clinicians Thrives in small, fast-moving teams Based near a major European airport Preferred: Sweden, Denmark, UK, Ireland, Germany or Italy Willing to travel frequently across Europe US-based candidates must be open to relocation Europe-based candidates ideally have prior US exposure Why Join?
