The Role:As an Actuarial Specialist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and managing risk for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement actuarial models and strategies. Conduct actuarial analyses to assess risk and financial implications. Develop and maintain actuarial models for pricing and reserving. Collaborate with underwriting and finance teams to provide insights and recommendations. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic team of actuaries and analysts, working under the guidance of a senior actuary. Ideal Profile:The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills. Actuarial certification (e.g., ASA, FSA, or equivalent). Experience with actuarial software and statistical tools. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent communication skills. Problem-solving abilities. Education: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
