Con tu talento, puedes ayudarnos a hacer realidad tu sueño ¿Te atreves a aceptar el reto?Entra a formar parte del equipo de Risk Oversight P&C y sé parte de uno de los equipos con una de las misiones más estratégicas de la compañía.¿Qué harás en Allianz? · Risk Oversight del negocio de P&C: Particulares y Empresas · Cumplimiento de Políticas y Estándares relacionadas con la gestión del negocio tales como: Políticas de Suscripción, procesos de control de productos, revisión del proceso de suscripción. · Gestión de acumulación y calibración de escenarios catastróficos "man-made" y "NatCat" · Definición de la Risk Strategy · Participación en los procesos de lanzamiento de nuevos productos y la evaluación de sus correspondientes riesgos · Seguimiento de Límites definidos para la gestión del negocio. · Participación en la elaboración de la Matriz de Riesgos de la Compañía. · Preparación del Comité de Riesgos · Participación activa en la implementación y mejora continua de la Gestión de Riesgos dentro de la compañía.¿Qué necesita Allianz de ti? · Estudios superiores en Actuariales, Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería y/o similar; · Conocimiento normativa ROSSP, ROSSEAR y LOSSEAR · Experiencia previa en departamentos como: área técnica de ramos de P&C, Reaseguro, Gestión de Riesgos · Mínimo de 4 años de experiencia en funciones similares; · Nivel alto de inglés: mínimo B2; · Lenguaje de programación: Python · Ofimática: Excel y Powerpoint avanzado y PowerBi¿Qué puedes aportar a Allianz? · Puedes expresar tus ideas y compartirlas con el CEO · Newbie Challengers program. · Colaboración continua con otros "newbies" en la transformación desde el primer día. · Colaboración con nuestro senior leadership team para el seguimiento de las iniciativas de cambio. · Y más....[please translate into your local language] 73879 | Gestión de riesgos | Profesional / Senior | Non-Executive | Allianz Spain | Jornada completa | Indefinido El Grupo Allianz es una de las compañías asesguradoras y de gestión de activos de mayor confianza en el mundo.
