Overview Located in Torremolinos, Spain, Gridlines Engineering S.L. provides support services for planning and engineering in the high and extra‑high voltage sector. The European energy transition is a must, and we work together with our partners and customers on the transmission of electricity via overhead lines and cables. Our services range from technical project management, engineering, planning, surveying, and visualization to construction‑ready implementation planning. Planning of power lines in rough and detailed planning based on topographical, environmental, and public and private law considerations. Handling and processing of cadastral data, surveying data, laser data, coordinate systems. Carrying out rope mechanics calculations for new construction planning and line inspections. Preparation of planning documents, development of special solutions using CAD and GIS systems. Implementation planning for temporary work areas and creation of the route concept for the construction vehicles. Bachelor or Master degree in geodesy, surveying, civil engineering, geography, electrical engineering or a comparable field. An understanding of cadastral data and coordinate systems. Experience in using AutoCAD and GIS systems, Microsoft Office products. Good verbal and written English skills. Benefits Training and development opportunities.
