Junior Revenue Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for a Junior Revenue Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support revenue reporting, margin analysis, and data validation tasks across EXTE. Working closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams, you will help analyze performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and contribute to improving overall profitability. What You Will Do • Monitor and analyze revenue performance and profit margins across regions, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize profitability. • Conduct margin reviews and financial deep-dives to assess business performance and support recommendations for improvement. • Reconcile and validate revenue data between internal systems, clients, and accounting records to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Support the month-end closing process, preparing journal entries, accruals, and variance analyses related to revenue, cost of sales, and margin performance. • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to forecast revenues, monitor KPIs, and assess the financial impact of business initiatives. • Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management, providing insights to support strategic decisions. • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and automation in revenue recognition and margin analysis. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Up to 1 year of experience in finance, controlling, or data analysis (internships or entry-level experience welcome). • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and an interest in revenue management and profitability analysis. • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP or BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Navision, Power BI) is a plus. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. • Interest and curiosity for numbers and data, with the ability to interpret results and draw meaningful conclusions. • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); other European languages are an advantage. Valuable Experience • Previous internship or exposure to AdTech, Media, or Digital Marketing sectors. • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools. • Experience working or studying in international or multicultural environments.
