Why Novelus Friendly and collaborative work environment Personal and professional growth opportunities Exposure to dynamic projects and the latest technologies What You'll Do Simplify complexity: Translate technical processes into clear interfaces, flows, and journeys Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to align user needs, business goals, and design standards User research & insights: Support/lead interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and research across DT’s EU Segment NatCos with the COME program; turn insights into actionable recommendations UX strategy & design: Contribute to the AOP UX vision (guided by the Leader) and create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that improve clarity, usability, and efficiency Delivery & design system alignment: Partner with development teams (incl. Software Powerhouse) to implement UX across GTAF, TDI Connect, TESSA, SUTaaS, CBaaS, NAaaS, and upcoming tools; unify the experience under a single governance model (design language, interaction logic, IA); apply and help evolve the design system; join implementation reviews to ensure design-to-production fidelity Stakeholder facilitation: Act as the UX point of contact; work with TDG and Group Technology to promote consistent UX across entities; facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and UX review Backlog & specs: Translate EPICs into UX deliverables (wireframes, scenarios, acceptance-criteria-ready specs) and maintain design documentation for consistency What You'll Need Proven experience in UX design and user-centered design methodology Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes, problem-solving, and high-quality design output Ability to simplify complex workflows and technical domains Highly developed sense of ownership and accountability for design work Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present concepts and decisions Experience working in agile environments Fluency in English (written and verbal); German is a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Design Telecommunications Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Novelus by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “User Experience Designer” roles.
