Desde Hays estamos buscando incorporar un/a UX/UI Designer & Front-End Developer para unirse a nuestro equipo en Madrid (Zona Sur).¿Qué harás?Diseño UI: Crear interfaces web claras, coherentes y accesibles, desarrollando wireframes, prototipos y manteniendo el sistema de diseño.Experiencia de Usuario (UX): Liderar el proceso completo de UX (investigación, ideación, prototipado y validación), ejecutar pruebas con usuarios y análisis heurísticos, definir métricas y proponer mejoras.Desarrollo Front-End: Implementar diseños en HTML5, CSS3 y JavaScript ES6, integrar prototipos y colaborar en la creación de landings y emailings.
