As an IT Application Engineer in the SAP BI, you will have the opportunity to manage, develop, and support the IT services provided for Sanoma Learning SAP BI function. You will collaborate closely with the Business Analyst and Process Managers, your colleagues in Sanoma IT, and our support vendors. Your responsibilities will include analysing business requirements, development, incident management and delivering the service with the help of selected vendors. You are an experienced SAP Business warehouse, Datasphere, SAC analyst/developer with a solid track record working with IT Services. Hands-on experience with SAP application / system development is essential for success in this role.Good requirement gathering skills with the ability to capture business processes Good communication and social skills, with ability to adjust your message to the audience Ability to work in virtual and international teams Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience At least 3 years of experience in relevant IT positions, preferably in configuration and incident management operations in a large-scale environment Good understanding of data modelling Knowledge of SAP products, S/4Hana public cloud, Business Warehouse, Datasphere and SAC. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, as well as the local language in your country of residenceYou also have the possibility to be part of the team delivering the most important ERP solution development project we’ve met so far in Sanoma Learning.
