We have revolutionized the invisible orthodontic sector with the best team of professionals specialized in making people smile and using the latest technology for the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of all cases.Our business model, a true combination of medical expertise and digitalization has been recognized in the top fastest-growing Health-Tech companies by Forbes and we are currently listed as a LinkedIn Top 10 start-upBorn in Barcelona in 2019, in just 6 years, we’ve grown to pioneer leading care, flagship clinics and state-of-the-art tech across 10 countries and more than 150 locations, and we are expanding fast Our aim is to improve people’s health and quality of life across the globe.We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Expansion & Partnership Manager for France and BelgiumResponsibilities The Real Estate Expansion & Partnership Manager drives the geographic and business growth of the company in France (and Belgium later on):Conduct market research to identify high-potential sites across France and Belgium.Benchmark competitors and analyze accessibility and patient potential.Manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate agents.Negotiate leases and make sure contracts are legally validatedOversee the full clinics openings processCoordinate with architects, contractors, and external partnersSecure all required administrative authorizationsCoordinate the legal creation of dental associationsProactively prospect dental practices and individual dentists for partnership opportunities.Define, present the partnership offer and lead negotiations to formalize new agreements.Maintain strong relationships with existing partners3.
