Real Estate Rentals Agent - Barcelona Lasose Properties & Investments, a dynamic company based in Barcelona, specialized in relocation and real estate services, is looking for real estate agents with experience in the rental market to join our team. Required Experience and Skills: Experience in the real estate industry, ideally rental market. Deep knowledge of Barcelona City. Fluent in Spanish and English. (Any additional language will be positively valued). Excellent commercial and negotiation skills Proactive, Goal Oriented, and resolutive attitude. Practical person, organized, independent but also a team player. Main Responsibilities : To close deals with landlords. Work with assigned clients thru the entire sales funnel. Property valuation according to market studies. Obtain and check all necessary documentation of the property. Manage customer relationships, providing feedback and reports to the management team on the status of the negotiation. Coordination and conducting visits. Management of CRM updated with client´s requirements, properties information and sales process evolution. Clients follow up.
