Main responsibilitiesIn-depth knowledge of Barcelona city in order to list properties in target areas.Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements while ensuring company's commission policy is in place.Manage client relationships and ensure proactive communication with them.Deal with allocated clients from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the dealsKeep our CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity Requirements Strong previous experience in the real estate sector.
