The Adam Hall Group is a leading manufacturer of event technology, offering innovative solutions for professional audio, lighting, stage, and event experiences. To support and to further expand our sales team, we are seeking to employ a business-and-customer-oriented technical/commercial team member. As an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d), you will form part of general sales and support our product portfolio for professional users in cooperation with field sales staff. This position is to work for the French market from our office in Barcelona. You will work in the Inside Sales team in the back office and support the field sales staff in their service of the sales regions. Your main focus will be sales support and advice with some technical knowledge, and support for customers in the pro audio, lighting and stage equipment sectors. You will take on challenges and problems, analyse them and answer technical and commercial queries from the customer, so as to deliver solutions from our portfolio of services and products. You will qualify customer enquiries, advise customers and close sales projects in coordination with field sales staff. You will maintain contact with customers and partners on the phone, by e-mail and at trade fairs, and support the development and expansion of the customer database. Beyond this you will help for update and the use of our local showroom and during customer visits and conventions for technical matters, product installations e.g. Native French (mandatory) and a very good knowledge of Spanish and English (spoken and written). A successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training, or academic training (e.g. commercial assistant). Professional experience in the field of B2B sales and good commercial understanding. Knowledge of the event-and-stage technology industry and its products is an advantage. Experience and interest in dealing with databases and ERP systems (e.g. Navision). IT-literate with good knowledge of MS Office. Strong communication skills, in particular on the telephone.
