Senior Business Recruiter We’re now looking for a Senior Business Recruiter to join our TA team. You’ll play a critical role in hiring exceptional talent across our commercial and business functions — including Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance & People. it’s about helping shape the future of Preply’s go-to-market and business organization. Lead and own end-to-end hiring for GTM, Brand, Finance, Marketing, People, and other business-critical functions, partnering closely with senior leaders. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier commercial and business talent across global markets. drive consistency and quality across interview processes and decision-making. Bring the Preply story to life for senior business talent; leverage your commercial acumen and storytelling skills. share knowledge, improve processes, and lead or contribute to key projects that raise our bar. Proven experience hiring senior commercial and G&A talent (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR/People) in a fast-paced, international, product-led tech environment. A love for data and insights: you know how to use metrics to tell stories, influence leaders, and drive better hiring decisions. Solid understanding of compensation, org design, and how commercial organizations scale globally. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills: you can influence and partner effectively with senior business leaders.
