Job DescriptionRole Overview/Summary: We are looking for a Setup Lead to join our Digital Design Team. You will help support the rapid growth of the Spark and Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista. The setup lead will assist the Clinical Performance leader and the Design supervisor in overseeing designer daily production and quality.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesRegularly use LEAN tools such as Daily Management and Kaizen (5S, Standard Work, Kanban, etc)Maintain high quality standard and compliance with the designersAssist 10-15 designers improve production and qualityAnswer questions about case setup, treatment goals, bite settings, software tools, doctor comments (when is needed)Help prioritize and manage design case queueAssist with communication between designers and support teams (Clinical, Anatomy, Customer support, Supervisor, Other design leads)Follow up on designer open ticketsJob RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent formal educationMinimum 1 year of experience in similar positionProficient in Microsoft Office PackageExcellent Verbal and Written Skills (English), and interpersonal skillsLanguage requirements determined on the region the setup lead is supportingPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience as a lead or administratorAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsHigh quality and production ratings from Spark DesignOperating CompanyOrmcoOrmco is a global leader and innovator of high-quality orthodontic products and solutions, including brackets and wires.
